Rejuvenation Totem "Gain 15% of Rejuvenation Totem Life Regeneration as extra Mana Regeneration" isn't working

What is the behaviour ingame?

In game the enchant "Gain 15% of Rejuvenation Totem Life Regeneration as extra Mana Regeneration" give some of the life regen as mana regen

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

when using rejuvenation totem and the enchant it's doesn't seems to work

a lvl 20 RT give 317 life per second and when using the enchant it should also give 47 man regen
