Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, a system exists for modifying the value of affixes on jewelry via catalysts, however support does not exist for a similar functionality for the modification of mods on other items via various "modifier magnitude" stats, most commonly present via heist enchantments and crucible passives. The modifiers can be applied to items, but possess no functionality. This creates situations where every relevant stat on such items has to be modified by hand to calculate the effectiveness of a particular mod, and those changes get reset on every interaction with PoB's built in crafting function.

I would like the program to automatically account for and apply any changes to modifier magnitudes to the affixes present on an item, provided those affixes have a matching tag.
