What is the wording in Path of Building?

I have public profile. I go for new, import character, I enter exact name of my account like always. I also tried another profiles which are public.

I want to receive my character's data, equipment and passive tree and gems like always.

The message: Account profile is private.

Is "Hide Characters Tab" checked in the Privacy settings of your POE account?

Edit: If that's all good, you're logged in, so you can grab the possessId and use that instead

And when I change the IP address using VPN, the profile opens fine.

If I change my IP, it works.

This affects not just POB.

Cloudflare is always checking my connection, when I am accessing the official POE trade website. Price checking on Awakened POE does not work anymore.

I would expect, that this is some cloudflare problem. Probably the IP that my ISP gives me, seems insecure for Cloudflare. Don't know what to do about it. Without these tools, POE is not really playable.

My internet connection resets every day. So I get a new IP every day. 2 days ago, I had the problem. Yesterday not. Today it's back again.

I'm not using VPN. And I don't have one. But of course, that's a workaround. But not very satisfying. I'm more interested in a solution.

Unfortunately that's the only solution PoB can offer at this time. Cloudflare is protecting the PoE website from being accessed by programs that don't look like a browser, so PoB can't do much about it. Once we migrate to using the official API this probably won't happen anymore, but that is at least a league away from being implemented.
