new unique items #7603

i cant find all the new unique items and the few i can find dont have the full range of increases or decreases to certin things like the new gloves that give max fortify only give +8 maximum fortify even tho they should be able to go up to +10 maximum fortify

New uniques have been merged into the dev branch in #7528. Will be available with the next release.
