Tree pathing is subobtimal around impossible escape radius #7642

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When pathing to a node on the tree it is expected to find the shortest path to the node from already specced points. If multiple shortest paths exist it should choose either,

How does Path of Building behave?

When trying to path to a notable close to the ring of an impossible escape notable but not in it, pathing seems to choose a suboptimal route ignoring nodes in the ring.
