Adds basic support for bloodnotch similar to Defiance of Destiny,
At the moment this doesnt take into account when the hit is stunning or not, it should,
But also it doesnt line up with the community wisdom that if life loss prevented + gain from stunning hits is above 100 that ehp should go to inf, as you heal the same amount as you take, so leaving it in draft incase someone wants to take a look at it and fix it first, I assume its just undervaluing it due to speedup function, similar to Defiance of Destiny being undervalued. (also note that if you have both then they cap out much earlier than expected, so possibly just related to the speedup func)
