Cannot import account characters after new patch #8359

[X] I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

[X] I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Windows

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Import account with all of its characters

How does Path of Building behave?

Cannot retrieve characters after patch 3.25.2

How to reproduce the issue

Tried to import with:

old account name
old account name + # and numbers after
old account name + numbers
using POESSID

Character build code

No response

If you open the console (ctrl + ~), you should see a 403 response code, this is a known issue and is being looked into.
