Pathvisio3 in progress update to Java 11.

Needs to be resolved:

org.pathvisio.core:

org.pathvisio.pluginmanager:

JAXB not available for Java 11, I tried some solutions but none have worked
Plugin manager does not launch, everything runs until Class RepoXmlFactory.java Method readXml(File file) Line JAXBContext context = JAXBContext.newInstance(PVRepository.class);
