Unable to install Pathvision on Linux #210

Hello, I have followed the download and installation guidelines available on the Pathvisio > Downloads page.

After downloading and uncompressing the '.tar' file, I am getting an error while trying to execute the 'pathvisio.jar' file. Attached below is an image of the error message displayed. Pathvisio_error

Kindly help me understand what is wrong and how this can be resolved.

Hi @anoksha24 , thank you for contacting us! I would like to reffer you to the main PV developer, @mkutmon for further help (since I haven't seen this issue before).

If you are familiar with using Linux, you could try to build PathVisio from GitHub using ant (see the REAME)
