This is a work in progress but ready for any review. We lack a comprehensive test suite, so I'm currently manually testing and might add tests for things I find. It would be very helpful for anyone to test out this branch and let me know if you run into any issues.

Known issues

[ ] rss/atom feed fails with TypeError __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'mimetype'

Hello,

I have fixed (or added) several issues with Pathagar (check https://github.com/murlock/pathagar/tree/author_table if you are interested) and before doing a Pull Request, it should be nice if this PR is merged to avoid conflicts.

You can find an example at http://pathagar.murlock.org/, all ebooks was imported with addepub command.
