NativeRL pr build tests interfere with each other #463

The jenkins builds all copy their files to s3 at this location s3://dev-training-static-files.pathmind.com/nativerl/pr_test/nativerl-1.8.1-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip

so if there are multiple tests going, it's not clear which is being tested.
