E.g. For lineage UK352, this will not filter out the lineages UK3520 and UK3527

Should use something like https://github.com/Pathogen-Genomics-Cymru/covate/blob/e483686cbe6119a099db9f1d734e7df952cb7cb2/covate/build_time_series.py#L51
