Skins aren't loading #10

For the last day, I been trying to load custom skins. It worked on the first day, but now it isn't working. I tried everything from reinstalling the files, remaking islands, restarting the game, ect…

I never seem to get the skins to show up, it doesn't list the dinosaurs and the option to change, it, help?

I'm having a similar issue. I can open the menu, and I have the skins installed and they're detected according to the debug. But they don't appear on the drop list no matter what I've tried. They only thing that I can think of that it could be is something to do with renaming dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll, as I had to do that so the game wouldn't crash. The game doesn't crash and the menu works, but the skins don't. :(
