Add a SMAPI command that opens the log directory. This should work on all platforms.

Done in develop for the upcoming 1.6 release. The bundled TrainerMod now includes two new commands:

show_game_files opens the folder containing the Stardew Valley binary and Mods folder.
show_data_files opens the folder containing saves and logs.
