Add Icon.bmp for Linux/macOS taskbars #910

As per discussion in MonoGame/MonoGame#8035, this will close issue #329. Just a small config change plus a BMP file with transparent background, feel free to replace the icon with something better if available!

This will probably add the correct icon on Linux as well, but I don't have a machine to confirm it.

Merged into develop for the upcoming SMAPI 3.18.5, and confirmed working on Linux and macOS. Thanks for the help!
