A set of instructions inside a file : What is the thing, how to run and build a directory of test cases with expected results.
I think the README should mention that test.py is already running those tests. But if I try to run test.py, I get errors. This README should guide us on how to successfully run test.py. (create a "data" directory, download .fasta file in it, run build_database.py, etc)
Thanks! But please also show a run example, like a specific command to run.

Only one command to run so far--the test. It's a module that you'd use while coding.
Adam, please see my previous comment about documenting the work that we need to do before running test.py.
Alright, added it!
Hi Adam, where did you add it? I cannot see it in README.md.
Yeah, exactly.

Alternatively, you can open an "action" workflow.
