PCViz: cannot download/print a network as Image (PNG) #176

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View a network (e.g., from the example gene list) in PCViz (PC web site)
2. Click Download -> Image (PNG)
3. a new (popup) window opens up, but it is blank (white) and nothing (for some 
users); or sometimes only partially formed image (Igor tried in Chrome and 
Safari on Mavericks).

Not fixed yet for IE browser (displays blank image)
