What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a paths between between AKT1 and MTOR, distance 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connected network - getting disconnected ATP,ADP, AMP reactions along with 
expected results.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Must have been already fixed with recent paxtools' sbgn-converter improvements.
