Clean up http://www.pathwaycommons.org/pc2/datasources

I would like to request the following feature2:

1. For each data source, instead of listing e.g. "Publication (PMID:24243840)" 
- list the actual publication information e.g.
The Reactome pathway knowledgebase. Nucleic Acids Res. 2014 Jan;42(Database
issue):D472-7
Croft D, Mundo AF, Haw R, Milacic M, Weiser J, Wu G, Caudy M, Garapati P,
Gillespie M, Kamdar MR, Jassal B, Jupe S, Matthews L, May B, Palatnik S, 
Rothfels
K, Shamovsky V, Song H, Williams M, Birney E, Hermjakob H, Stein L, D'Eustachio
P
(and link all of the text to the pubmed record)

2. Let's put a summary statistics table near the top of the page containing the 
total number of statistics for all data sources in PC

Also, just implemented http://webservice.baderlab.org:48080/log/totals (good 
for our About page to show off those numbers somewhere at the top...)
