Some logo images are broken on the /datasources page #214

From time to time, there are broken logos on the "Providers" page (/datasources), e.g., IntAct and BioGRID.

E.g., http://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1231489843/favicon_bigger.png and http://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/212931619/logo_intact_small.gif are broken right now (20150-6-16 10 am ET).

To fix, let's copy and use images in https://github.com/PathwayCommons/cpath2/tree/gh-pages/logos; i.e., use logo URLs in the PC2 metadata such as: http://pathwaycommons.github.io/cpath2/logos/psp.png

Ok, we'll have all logos served from http://pathwaycommons.github.io/cpath2/logos/ in the next PC2 releases.
