HumanCyc pathway (perhaps other elements as well) names (e.g. BioPAX 'displayName' or 'standardName') contain HTML markup, and even text like "&α" (too much xml-escaped html conten...t). I don't think any BioPAX (string data) property value makes sense to contain any HTML, except for 'comment' property, probbaly.
