Rhea is exported in BioPAX level 2 format as one single OWL file
(rhea-biopax_full.owl) and also as smaller files including only subsets of the
database. The included reactions are specified in the file name as
--rhea-biopax_full.owl.
The 'lite' version of the files (rhea-biopax_lite.owl and --rhea-biopax_lite.owl) excludes automatic cross references to UniProt,
decreasing the file size and making it faster to process.

- is a BioPAX L2 model;
- availability: free (for everyone)
- does not contain any proteins (only compound PEs);
- UniProt IDs ("full" model) are used in rel. xrefs attached to interactions (probably, to link to corresp. controller genetic elements/proteins);
- uses ChEBI IDs for small molecules, xrefs;
xrefs with db:UniPathway and id:UCR* must have db="UniPathway Reaction" instead, and this is important (more information here); UniPathway resource seems to be down/dead...
