Rhea BioPAX files

Rhea is exported in BioPAX level 2 format as one single OWL file (rhea-biopax_full.owl) and also as smaller files including only subsets of the database. The included reactions are specified in the file name as

--rhea-biopax_full.owl. BioPAX problems:

• xrefs with db:UniPathway and id:UCR* must have db="UniPathway Reaction" instead, and this is important (more information here); UniPathway resource seems to be down/dead...
