BioPAX problems:

it has syntax/critical errors like "ERROR [main] o.b.p.c.AbstractPropertyEditor - setValueToBean, failed: The range restriction is violated; property: entityReference, bean: FBXL20_RNA--> value: http://www.cs.tau.ac.il/~spike/#FBXL20_ref" (FBXL20_RNA is a RnaRegion, but FBXL20_ref is a ProteinReference!)
several objects have illegal URI such as "PKA (PRKAR1A-PRKACA ).complex_RNA" and/or too long URIs;
should not use "Entrez Gene" unification xrefs with protein references (rel. xref would be ok);
ChEBI IDs must have prefix "CHEBI:";
Xrefs with weird db:"Spike DB", id:"ARN:F-000001", etc., are unknown, not standard; perhaps, could use "SPIKE Map" (for 'db') and standard IDs like "spike000001" (more info) or formally register another Spike resource and ID type in MIRIAM (EBI) to refer to proteins, etc....;
