Stash the PubMed CommentsCorrectionsList attribute that contains multiple types of references including:

Preprints
Comments
Retractions

That pattern for Paper Ids embedded herein seems to be that:

if a PMID is available the RefSource looks like a citation e.g. Cancer Cell. 2018 Aug 13;34(2):181-183
else, there may be a string-embedded doi: <...> (but no guarantees).
