Add a prototype UI

• All dashboard UI code is in the dashboard directory.
• Uses esbuild to build the project. No config and builds are fast.
• Uses preact for the UI components, like react but smaller and simpler. This gives us more room for larger paper data JSON.
• Uses http-server and livereload for the watch task.
• Most UI components are just pure functions.
• The data build would populate the data Store.
• Next steps:
  • UI improvements: Mobile support, misc. TODOs in code, etc.
  • Manual import of data into the data store for testing & evaluation.

I added some topics around Alzheimer's disease.

Topics A couple of flavours here. (1) "Alzheimer's Disease" is meant to be generic, catch-all (2) Others are meant to provide more focus, and these sub-topics were inspired by review articles, manually selected based on some cursory reading of the topic.

Article retrieval (/scripts) I show a max of 20 articles per topic, ordered by date.

• search.sh
  • This collection is under topic "Alzheimer's Disease"
  • Uses the existing downloads.js/search.js modules for all bio/medrxiv articles (q=alzheimer) available between 2022-10-01 and 2022-10-31
• recommendations.sh
  • These collections are under the remaining sub-topics
  • Uses Semantic Scholar 'Recommendations' API to retrieve similar articles to a seed (review article)
  • Filtered for only biorxiv and medrxiv articles (there are many others in the raw feed)
  • A summary natural language brief (aka tldr) accompanies records, when available
