Make fresh data available

Sequence of events:

• GitHub action
  • cron.yml defines a workflow that schedules a cron job (nightly)
  • cron job: Make a POST HTTP request to the hyper-recent deploy hook on Cloudflare: cron-job
  • The deploy hook URL is set as a repository secret CF_CRON_URL
• Cloudflare
  • Build a new version of the data and deploy the site to hyper-recent.pages.dev and dashboard.baderlab.net
• Hyper-recent
  • config.js now defines variables for where topic config is (e.g.DATA_CONFIG) and where to write output (DATA_FILE)
  • build:data target now points to data-search.js

I cleaned out the scripts and example data folders.
