Display more papers for each topic #43

Currently, each topic displays no more than 20 papers on the results page. This is not sufficient for accessing all relevant papers from the past month.

The solution for this should be quite straightforward, most likely through implementing pagination to give users multiple pages of result papers for a topic.

Alternatively, just don't put any limits on the number of papers displayed.
