pipeline / browser script to transform / precompute layout for all pathways

[x] histogram for networks <= 350 nodes
[x] get all files for networks <= 350 nodes ~3.9k files
[ ] script to load sbgn file, render it, perform a layout, then export it to json, save it to a file with the same id

https://github.com/cytoscape/cytosnap this package seems like it can export images as well as json after running a layout, but i am not sure if it works with cose-bilkent
