Currently, PCViz does not blacklist well-known ubiquitous small molecules when converting PC2 BioPAX to SIF (unlike get/graph queries on the PC2 server do). Let's fix.

Ah, looks this fix (not in master branch) was not required (will have no effect) due to we use just three SIF rules in the PCViz internal biopax-sif converter, which probably do not get you any small molecules...

Anyway, good to have this "fix" in the future; closing this issue for now.
