adjusting the number of iterations required before the layout is terminated #6

Right now we use 75. Around 300 or so iterations are required to get a better 
layout for largish networks (TP53&MDM2 n-hoods), but that will create 
performance problems on mobile devices where memory/power is more scarce. 

Code review is suggested to increase the efficiency.
