What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open ConTEXT without a C Drive Assigned

What is the expected output?
ConTEXT Opens normally

What do you see instead?
ConTEXT crashes

The error message reads: "Access violation at address 0056AB30 in module 
'ConTEXT.exe'. 
Read of address 00000004."
