conflict with tortoisehg #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install "tortoisehg" -> http://tortoisehg.sourceforge.net/
2. restart computer
3. install pyscripter
4. start pyscripter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pyscripter shows manymanymany error messages

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseHG:  0.3
Pyscripter: 1.9.9.2

on WinXP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

after deinstallation of Tortoisehg everything works as expected...  I
suppose, this problem lies somewhere in the routines which handles the
right-click-menu things of the windos explorer for both, tortoisehg and
pyscripter
