What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start pyscripter from a command line on windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect pyscripter to load with the last open files.
- The pyscripter executable is opened as a source file in addition to the
last files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.3 on Windows XP
