"About" still shows 1.9.9.3 version #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "Help" menu
2. Click on "About"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"About" reports "1.9.9.3" version when it should be "1.9.9.4" instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.4 on Windows XP SP3
