Project files should list relative paths for files in project. #293

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project on your machine.  
2. Give the code and the project file to someone else or simply copy it to
a different directory.
3. Open the copied project file.  The project still thinks the files are
from to original location which may or may not exist anymore.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If these paths were relative to the location of the project file itself,
then they could be moved or shared amongst developers better.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.6 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

Right click on the project node in the Project Explorer and select "Store 
Relative Paths"
