Fav Path isn't added to the list!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open File Explorer and select a folder
2. right click some where inside the file explorer.
3. click Fav -> Add to Fav. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selected path must be added to the fav list. But it isn't. Only toolbar
option working.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

You have to right click on a directory name and not on the empty space of the 
File
Explorer.
