Allow to reload the page in the frame browser via F5

What do you suggest?
The user should be able to reload the page via F5 within the browser. (Tested 
in FrameBrowserId10.)

What are the benefits?
Sometimes it's faster as there is no need to move away from the keyboard and it 
would be compliant to other browsers.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?
r480, Delphi XE, Windows 7
