table or frame problem #408

The latest email from Embarcadro doesn't display properly (html attached). Part 
of the graphics on the right hand side are chopped off. I'm not sure if its 
table, frame or something else.

"chopped off"? I see several issues including 
1) a vertical glitch at the right side,
2) wrong text fonts, sizes and weight,
3) missing border of left table,
4) missing or wrong margins between paragraphs.

After fixing issue 2) by respecting "inherit" with 
https://github.com/BerndGabriel/HtmlViewer/commit/00056ebe3a15316f9bc617f927f3a2
e8d4faf6b2 the page is shown as in attached pic.

as to 3) looks like table attribute "border" has no effect, if there is a style 
property "border".
