BUG: Search IconButton Hover Background Color Overlaps with TextField Background Color

What happened?

The bakground color search icon in the home page is overlapping with that of the text field which makes it invisible when hovering . The Yellow color of the search icon is also not matching with that of the background color . This issue requires some small changes , hence i have already fixed it . Please assign me this issue .
