DOC: Readme file doesn't give information of setup.

What's wrong with the existing documentation

Description:- So the readme file doesn't give any information about how to setup the whole project. I can see there is not specified thing of setting up backend and enivronmental varibles. Same goes with frontend as well.

I will fix the readme and kindly mark this issue a level2 under gssoc24
