Added MapView Fragment - GoogleMap API #15

Hello! I have implemented MapViewFragment using GoogleMap API for issue #5 Does this look okay? Anymore changes needed?

- Chanes you need to do while testing app :-

  1. Go to gradle.properties file.

  2. Paste your GoogleMap API Key.
