Please specify optimum overclock settings in the documentation #11

In the readme it says "Overclock is necessary", however the most performant settings aren't mentioned. Please add recommended / required overclock settings to the readme.

By overclock i meant full overclock, its mostly needed on cpu side(500mhz), and overall bus speed.
