This issue will touch on a new file structure for multiple repositories, including 254. Let me know what you think. I would love to implement some version of this before the code cleanup. The purpose of this is for minimal folder stacking

This isn't complete in that case

Most if not all of the OOP principles are fixed in baddebed8a0b6208251aa089e9b6f93fad8a2a65 but ill keep this issue open until we are sure
