Edit scouting fronted so that it doesn't allow you to submit NaN team number/match numbers #15

Should make it so that when you try to submit the form and match/team number fields include non-numerical characters it gives you a prompt with something like "are you sure your team/match number are correct", or it just doesn't let you submit
