Added .gitignore and removed node_modules folder from repo #2

Hello, thank you for building this module!

Just wanted to to help clean things up a bit: I created this pull request to remove the node_modules folder from your GitHub repo and add a .gitignore file to ignore it in the future. This is a "good practice" because the node_modules folder will be created automatically when someone runs the npm install on your module and doesn't need to be included in the repo.
