AC2P support #114

I got a new AC2P charging station. It is now detected as EB3A. 13 unavailable sensors are added

I have a Bluetti AC2P and attempted to connect and retrieve information via Bluetooth. I tried using bluetoothctl on my Raspberry Pi, as well as custom Python script and bluetti_mqtt projects. Unfortunately, all attempts were unsuccessful. The main issue seems to be that Bluetti has started implementing BLE encryption. More details can be found in Issue #120.
