upgraded to hardhat-toolbox #46

hardhat-toolbox is used instead of lots of hardhat packages and testnet changed to rinkeby as kovan is deprecated

Thanks for all this! So I want to keep the code the same as the video, so I don't want to do this yet. It might make sense to add your code as a comment though.

Also, it looks like you removed hardhat-deploy.
