updates Chainlink to v0.4.2 & MockV3Aggregator to v0.8.0 #51

We are using Chainlink v0.4.0 right now, and it doesn't have MockV3Aggregator for v0.8.0, and upgrading Chainlink to v0.4.2 allows us to use MockV3Aggregator for v0.8.0.

Apparently, some folks were having trouble to when they are trying to use MockV3Aggregator for v0.8.0 since older version of Chainlink simply didn't have the mock contract for Aggregator.

@byte14 @krakxn Actually, Patrick wants people to be able to follow the code as close as possible to the video. And anything related to updates wants to leave a note in chronological updates.
