adding .vscode dir to .gitignore changing name lottary to lottary_contract

It's the name lottary that I can't get past. Why not use lottery_contract instead of lottary_contract?

@PatrickAlphaC OMG, I'm so sorry about that :). It was just a typo. I'll fix it right now
