CTA means "call to action", and it's a kind of banner or badge that you might see promoting a specific sale or upcoming event.

Here's an example of a CTA that I just had ChatGPT make with the prompt "image for a website callout saying "new and improved!" (I guess what we got was "improied", but it'll do!) The CTA does NOT have to be this dramatic, and there are some simple tools available in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint where you can make shapes and add text to them. Just holler if you need any assistance. (Figma can also be helpful here!)
